IHLC is a division of the North Slope Borough Planning & Community Services Department. The IHLC Division supports the mission of the department through cultural resource management and programs and services provided through the Simon Paneak Memorial Museum located in Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska and the Iñupiat Heritage Center, located in Barrow, Alaska.
